    Issue over listing description vs what was pictured and what I received. Ultimately seller believed they were right and wouldn't budge, they accepted a return for full refund but were not happy about it.

    Buyer received exactly what was pictured. In fact it was the pictured item. He made a mistake thinking it had brackets for his particular server. That's on him. Iten was expensive to ship, This is where Ebays love for free shipping kills an honest seller.
