You didn’t have to do this but it show u care about your customers. The sellers gave me a partial 20 refund witch paid for 90 percent of actual part

  Received the product, which was missing the advertised "Reversing Harness. Contacted Seller for one to be ship from China. After receiving the Reverse/T-Harness for the OEM backup camera, I proceeded with the installation and found that none of the Head Unit wiring harnesses or backup camera harness were compatible with my IOB radio connectors. This was even after providing photos and SPID data for my truck. Poor quality control, tech support and customer service. Requested a full refund.
