    I received a defective product and without any issues, the seller gave me a refund. I showed them pictures of the way it was shipped and they agreed that it was shipped improperly and they would contact the warehouse to make sure that the issue is fixed. I appreciate the good customer service. The Mig torch itself had issues that could have been caused by the improper packaging. The price is definitely a good value.

    This company was absolutely fantastic to deal with. The shipping company they used sucked balls though. They left the package on the bumper of my travel trailer and it blended in with it. I didn’t think they delivered it and I walked all around looking for it when I contacted the seller they were great. They were going to reship the order with no problem and were quick about responding to me. They were very polite and helpful. The product is top knotch once I found it. I highly recommend them.

    ordered the mig kit and needed it with .030 it came in.035 contact tips so I ordered some .030 tips came within a reasonable amount of time and was just what I ordered, sorry for the mix up on my part. when I went to take pictures of shipping bags I found my error so DO NOT!! take it out on your employees. thank you for the quick response on my error and am looking forward to doing business with ebay and weldmart, again my apologies for the mistake on my parts. best wishes, Art V.

    FedEx showed to have my welder on the truck out for delivery but it was never delivered and wouldn't help told me to contact seller. I figured I was just out the money or would have to go through hurdles to get my money back from ebay but Weldmart sent me another one even though is wasn't their fault and communicated with me constantly with delivery status.
