    Took forever to ship and wouldn't answer my messages on multiple occasions until I sent a request to get my money back to only then they finally did. My product came completely destroyed on the bottom with pieces of plastic everywhere shattered. Added no protection in the packaging to avoid that. If I was giving a gift to someone for this it would have been so embarrassing. The discs luckily weren't harmed and the playback is great it's just the packaging that went completely bad.

    This has got to be the absolute worst customer service. I’ve experienced on eBay. I messaged you a few times and I didn’t get a single message back and it very lazy of you that you could create the shipping label, but not actually ship the item out. I hope other people see this & decide to not order from you because you don’t deserve anyone’s business with the way you treat your customers

    Very nice dvd. Was exactly as described but took a long time to get here. There were 20 days between a shipping label being created and the item scanned as received by the U.S. postal service. Once the postal service received the package it only took 4 days to arrive here. I am pleased with the purchase but disappointed in the shipping time. It was ordered for a birthday present and arrived after the birthday.

    If the seller knew how to respond I would not have a problem. If you had an issue sending the package then just say something instead of ignoring my messages and not shipping the package. Horrible communication.
