  Did not receive season 8 as ordered- Received instead season 6 (the Homer head DVD set)- Left a message on the day of delivery with the seller and have received no additional communication - must now purchase item elsewhere as it was intended as a Christmas gift and I have no idea what this seller will do to rectify this error. Will update as warranted

  This buyer is a typical Christmas Scammer, Malicious Buyer. While our store was on vacation, she claimed that she received the wrong item, but she added that she had purchased it from another seller for a lower price. Even though we were on vacation, we responded to her promptly and provided a prepaid shipment label to return the item to get a refund. Our DVDs are stolen; she has sent us empty boxes and left us negative feedback. She is not a communicator. Be aware about this scam artist buyer!

  Yay the Christmas present that was promised for delivery for 12/17-12/24 finally arrived today 12/30. I guess I’ll give it to the person next year for Christmas. Beware the seller that never owns their mistake!! Btw- the price was much higher than other sellers…. My bad won’t make that mistake again

  BE AWARE about this buyer! She hasn't paid expedite shipment to expect to receive immediately.This item has a free shipment which we have paid from our pocket. She has already received a tracking number to follow up. We have no control how holiday shipments would take more than longer due to overwhelmed postages at that time. In addition amazon which is our partnering company was on strike. More empathy and realistic approach needed.She also saved $5 for NEW item compare to the other sellers!

  The DVD was listed as new but we received a product that was not factory sealed. When we reached to the seller he stated that we saw the DVD and we were trying to run a scam. Unfortunally sellers like this are ruinning the ebay experience. We are attaching photos of how we received the DVD. UPDATE: The seller is threatening to report us to the FBI if we don t remove the negative feedback. Yes, after trying to scam us, the seller is requesting to remove negative feedback. STWAY WAY.
