    I ordered this roof rack on 9/2/2025 it was supposed to be delivered by 9/10, but had not shipped on 9/8. They asked for more time after I messaged asking about the status. They listed this as new in the title, but everything came used! Packaged poorly, the screws and bolts were just sprinkled all over the inside of the box. Zero care! Every piece of the roof rack was broken/damaged and they clearly didn't check this before they sent it to me. Then they refused to refund me for days. Do not buy.

    Not because of the seller, but this purchase has been an ordeal! It was not delivered on time on three different delivery dates! It was delivered to the wrong address! Then it was picked up to be returned to the shipper, but returned again to original address! Now, I have a $400+ roof rack in Edmonds, WA and I am back home in Iowa. I needed it when I was in Edmonds to use on my Bronco to get home, that’s why I ordered it! I’m out the rack for now and will cost over $165.00 to ship to Iowa! Help!

    I bought two of these tools . I only received one . After contacting the seller informed another one will be shipped . More then 30 days now . Informed the seller I wanted a refund . I would not buy from this seller again . I still haven’t received a partial refund .all he was concerned with was me leaving them a good review
