    Wrong charging cord was sent with the hat. Solar charging is okay, but I ordered the hat because I could charge it indoors using a USB cable.Contacted seller to get correct cord. I sent photos seller requested. I was offered a $2 refund so I could find a usb cord that would fit into the port on the hat. I responded by saying I'd rather be sent the correct cord because I wouldn't be able to find one for $2. Never heard back.

    Fast shipping Item received was fake (my opinion), NOT Genuine Mercedes. Item in ad shows 1) different features in item (possibly picture of genuine part), 2) labeling was different in ad from the part received, 3) shipped in low budget box. Will buy "Genuine" Mercedes part and compare . Also - Seller lists location in USA - but digging deeper into profile discloses they are actually in Thailand. Disappointing that this is allowed / goes on....

    8/5/25 bought OEM Gas Cap from local Mercedes dealer. Very apparent that item purchased on ebay was not a Mercedes part. Lack of information on both part and packaging, in addition to fit. OEM parts include Origin of part (Austria), Manufacturers information, etc.

    Part did not arrive. Not the fault of seller but of USPS imo. Seller has refunded. I've never had to deal with this issue before but I'd say it went the best it could. If the thing ever does show up I would be happy to send it back, but I think its in the dark void of USPS lost mail land .
