  Packaged like they never packaged anything in their lives beat to death in shipping missing all the hardware 2 plates amd 4 tabs ....I ended up spending more than a new compete kit after buying the hardware amd missing parts .....over priced for what I received amd the foam made a huge mess from poor packaging .....wouldn't buy from this seller again

  Very fast delivery. Item was exactly as listed. Haven't had a chance to check it out because of weather, but did put gas in it and was very suprised when it started on the first pull. Voltage and frequency looked good. I did have a question , and sent an email to the address in the manual, and have not received a reply. Thinking this could be a problem if parts are ever needed. (hopefully not)
