  This was a strange one ,in the fact that account was never billed for item,waited a few days and money still wasn't withdrawn from account,even though they believed item was paid for,so in all fairness,figuring an unpaid for item would never be received,cancelled order and ordered another,of which funds did get withdrawn,might have been some kind of accounting glitch somewhere, still unknown yet but resolved,if one doesn't pay for a received item,eventually error be found & debt collector sent
