  Wrong starter sent. 8 gears instead of site listed 10 gear. Seller in website first page listed "seller pays return ship" and sent separate Fedex label instead of Ebay's USPS label. After inspection, seller refunded all. Good, clear but foreign communications although USA warehouse. Thank you. Would buy from them again if they had the product.
