Post Office tried to deliver empty envelope with damaged in transit sticker. Supplier was informed of issue with poor packaging. Second part resent in the same quality of envelope, Once again the weight of part tore the envelope open, This time the Post Office was able to save the part and delivered it in a plastic bag with the torn envelope.
