  Seller is a scam. Communication was every third day and they did not ship item, blamed fed ex, promised me it was on its way. it was a major inconvenience for me if it wasnt for ebay money back guarentee I probably would have been screwed, i recommended buy genuine oem can am parts. These Chinese parts are junk anyways.

  We have responded first day you came to us. Delayed on the reply later cuz we are confirming with couirer. Tracking number is 883961116007 via Fedex. Shipped this item but failed to deliver. We have asked if buyer prefer a new package, he asked for overnoght shipment. Our shipping service couldn't offer overnight shipment. So we have make a full refund to him. It happened sometimes when the package was lost during the transit. We never cheat on this. Thanks !
