This problem is neither resolved or closed. Seller needs to refund my money paid for the item they knew they did not have the Felex-Breeze fan in stock. They wanted me to open the box that they shipped to me. I said no, I want the item I bought through eBay… they refuse to send the QR Code, and they refuse yo set up to pickup the item atbthe ssme location where it was delivered. I need my money refunded so I can purchase the FlexBreeze Fan from another source. Seller us aware of this.
