    Grinding stone broke as I was mounting it onto the arbor. I contacted the seller showing evidence of possible damage before shipping. He was very rude and accusatory, discounted my opinion of the situation, and refused to assist in any way. They also combined multiple purchased items without combining shipping. Very disappointed with the low quality and poor condition of the product. I paid a premium price but received an inferior item. Terrible to do business with. Do not recommend.

    Brochure was a reproduction, which was not stated clearly. Despite the high shipping charge the brochure arrived with damage due to insufficient packaging. Seller uncooperative.

    Add showed " reproduction" Same customer ordered same thing of or website beforehand. not sure how he thought it would be different. Offered a refund and he never sent it back.

    Seller did not send and was very rude when asked about it , then blocks me 4 no reason at all , i guess they fell there so big that rules do not apply to them , very sad and upsetting transaction .

    Absolutely unreasonable customer! Yes we blocked him.... Started sending me ranting emails in the middle of the night one day after purchase demanding it get shipped. Post office was closed that day in memory of Jimmy Carters funeral.
