  I always have good luck with Open Box, this was no exception. Arrived in its factory packaging, I know the quality as I have used Delta in my bathroom renovations. Advertised as Open Box but appeared in like new condition, packaging. As far as price, was almost half price so I feel I got a great deal. One more thing, after purchase the seller reached out to me to tell me he attached the wrong picture, as the picture was Chrome, wanted to make sure I purchased the correct valve...Thank You!

  Looks like it will work out great for my front door. Good price for this deadbolt. It arrived in good condition. The box it was in was wet on the bottom side. Smelt like detergent. It might have been the shipper. It should be okay. Recommended seller.
