  Great heavy duty product. Works great for the new Matthew’s Lift X. Also the customer service was excellent. I believe they drop ship, and the factory took a while to send off the product. I reached out after 3 days and they responded quickly and were very helpful. The condition was excellent! Compared to other cases that extend into the $200-$500 this is an excellent value. It is a little bulky, but the wheels are a nice touch.

  Sent the wrong item to start. Then sent another item that they don't even know what it is but was obviously still the wrong item because the delivery photo that FedEx sent was about 12" square. So obviously a 54" gun case! Doesn't matter anyway because it was delivered to the wrong address. Then sent me a return label with the wrong return address on it and told me it didn't matter, refused to give me a refund after all this and waisting 2 FULL DAYS of my time. All with a horrible attitude! WOW

  I ended up cancelling this order but because of a glitch in ebay's messaging system my messages were not going through. By the time I contacted the seller the item was already shipped. Once I was able to contact the seller they were very understanding and accepted the return and even paid return shipping so I would like to thank the seller for remedying the situation. That being said I shipped the item back immediately and never opened it so I cannot comment on the actual item.
