  The customer service was great and responsive. Why this mattered to me was because one of the two timing chains was incorrectly packaged. Both chains were labeled with the same part number on their respective Hyundai boxes, but one of them was 2 links longer and the cam gear links were 15 links apart and not the 13 links required. All parts came in Hyundai packaging and looked identical to original parts. Due to time, I sourced correct timing chains locally, but the seller made it work.
