  Review for purchase of two-post car lift. Communication with the seller was excellent. Response to messages was next day. I requested the lift be shipped to a depot for pickup. The seller selected a depot and confirmed with me prior to shipment. Delivery seven days from order. The seller had an inventory issue after I ordered. Instead of delaying shipment or canceling the order, the seller offered an upgrade item at no additional charge. Item was properly packaged. Very happy with seller

  Purchased lift and it works great so far, customer service is great but a little slow to respond back ( I think because of the time change for me in Florida) I received package pretty fast also. All you need to purchase is the oil and a plug end once you recieve the lift. Would definitely recommend this company and product.

  Good people to communicate with. Sent a larger lift than ordered but was able to sell to a friend for purchase price and re ordered the correct one. But the communication was great. Just suggest opening slightly and checking the manual before you completely unpackaged. BOL showed the correct lift but a larger more expensive unit was packaged. Unfortunately it was too tall for my application.

  I just recieved the lift last.week, but haven't installed it yet. I can tell you though that the seller is very easy to work with, communication was very good, and the value of the product for what you get is unbeatable. Shipping was very quick. I am so impressed with the brand, and the seller, that I am going to buy a tire changer/wheel balancer combo from them. Thank yku!

  Lift arrived fast everything was there. communication with seller was good. the shipper was poor never contacted me before delivery. If the seller had not given me a tracking number the day before i would have never known it was coming. shipper gave me a window between noon and 6pm killed my entire day.

  Everything was as described. Shipping took 4 weeks due to stock. That is one of my complaints. The other is lack of communication from vender. Please do better for future customers. Product works fine. Built robustly. Keep up the good work! Maybe consider adding 4 locking casters in container. Cheap upgrade! Customers would love it!
