    Poor customer service, ordered product and within 2 minutes I emailed asking to get the address changed as it had accidentally defaulted to my old address in another state. Was told that sorry the parcel had already been sent. Bear in mind this was at 7pm at night. Checked the tracking details and it said only label had been created. Waited a whole day to be told not our problem contact Australia post. No help whatsoever.

    Item arrived damaged, contact was made with seller and they suggested I fix the item using superglue. When I asked for a replacement the seller offered me $10 to keep the item and use it in damaged condition. Never resolved, avoid using this seller for any purchases over $10.
