  DO NOT BUY! False advertising. Item comes from China or some foreign country. Not in the USA. Tried to put the blame on the carrier instead of just admitting they were lying. Of course, delivery took longer than expected. Ruined my family weekend plans. When the item actually arrived, it was obviously used and not brand new as listed. Everything that can go wrong went wrong. Buyer beware. Unfortunately, eBay uses some kind of AI to handle disputes. Really frustrating.

  Ordered the 2pc electric struts for a rear hatch from this vendor. RECEIVED ONE SINGLE ELECTRIC STRUT. This put me behind. I reordered the 2pc from another vendor. Reached out to eBay and requested a refund. Now I have to wait a week for the vendor to reply and send me a ship label. And after reading other reviews I’m not sure they will even respond.
