  Had someone to set to fix our car. Husband ill & couldn’t do it. We’re on fixed income & need the repair/We chose this seller bcuz OBO option / there were 3 prices suggested the seller would take . We offered above the low price option. Seller never replied or countered. So I contacted them & next day they said “ thanks 4 your-offer, .” I sent “do you accept?”-“No your offer is too low”- (tho I offe above the sugg obo -they dont counter. I need it -pay full. Slow ship +delay& lost our Mechanic
