  Grate job part was cleaned (blasted) bagged bubble wrapped and boxed nicely. It was shipped in a reasonable time frame by seller thanks guys. Now the the shipping process that was just very disappointing the part was tracked in two systems. Both did not respond to feedback and they treated the package so poorly , that the box was torn open and the part was broken. EBay needs to take some responsibility to challenge sub standards shipping providers. Sell or buyer have no show

  We haven't seen the seat covers yet, since they don't ship to Alaska, but their communication has been great. The box was delivered quickly to our family in California. We are excited to see them and install the seat covers when they bring them up here on their next trip in a few weeks. But their website, communication and shipping have been great. I hope the seat covers will be just as great and fit well, but I trust they'll help if there's any problem. Reliable sellers for sure. Thanks

  They was several days before being shipped out but did arrive on schedule ! They was packaged well the price was great what I see of them they look like great quality can't wait to put them on I'm waiting on my new grill first !   The seller has been incredibly responsive and accommodating. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged due to the carrier, but the seller immediately offered to replace it at no cost. Due to timing, I had to purchase a different one, and the seller graciously is providing a refund. Excellent customer service! Condition was good just damaged. Appearance would have been great.
