  This review is more about the seller than the item. We purchased this phone without realising how much smaller it was compared to the iPhone 11. Our fault entirely, the phone was in excellent condition and as advertised. However, it wasn't suitable and so we contacted the seller straight away who accepted an exchange for an iPhone 11. This was all completed with 3 days. Excellent service
