    This seller sent a box of parts and used items instead of the Autel Robotics EVO Max4t Xe combo and then stalled and asked repeatedly for details, send shipping updates over and over again for the package they had already sent. These guys are total scammers, so beware. They are imitating the Autel Robotics Company and are not part of Autel Robotics. The Autel Robotics company staff has contacted me and asked for assistance in identifying these crooks.

    A suspicious buyer, claiming to be a firefighter, placed an order and refusing to pay taxes. We shipped an EVO MAX 4T via USPS in August, but the buyer claims to have received a used EVO II PRO Enterprise from UPS (tracking number: 1Z5667920377955563). The shipping and delivery addresses on this package don't match redlands814's eBay order: 26-13421-92388. We don't have the EVO II Pro Enterprise in our warehouse. We will be blocking addresses near the 81419 zip code to prevent this type of fraud
