They took care to follow up with the shipping company and issue a refund for the lost items. You don't get better than that. I didn't get my items, but I found a real stand up seller in the process.   Nice quality great condition reasonable value they appear silver in the packaging but once removed look like the pictures. I thought I got silver coloured handles at first but good looking will be a nice add on to my knife I’m happy . Good communication with seller
