  Very negative experience! would suggest that you NOT purchase from this Seller. I order one face creme product and was sent a completely different one. I ordered the first product list below and was sent the second one. It is not what I ordered. The seller has refused to provide Refund and also refuse to provide Label for Return.   BUYERS BEWARE!! I don’t know how this seller has a high feedback rating. This has been the worst buying experience I’ve had in the (over) 20 years I’ve been using EBay. The item was purchased weeks ago and it never arrived. I sent a couple messages asking for updates or information on what happened to the package, BUT they never responded once. No updates, no information, no responses to my messages and STILL no item has arrived. I even contacted EBay for assistance. Do NOT use this seller!

  Package arrived six weeks later. Box beaten up and wet. Soft box put inside a plastic envelope with nonprotection. Product leaked. Repackaged by shipper into a box which was damaged. Incorrect product sent - 230ml product ordered 300ml bottle arrived 3/4 full. Who knows if contents of bottle is real? Be careful if ordering outside US.
