    The packaging was very nice and neat. The item was as described, and the value was within my budget. The only thing that I would have improvement suggestions on is the shipping. I placed my order on June 26 and it arrived on July 7. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 days and this took 12. I followed up with the seller and she was very prompt to tell me she had it in the mail. The Fourth of July holiday also came within this timeframe so that could’ve had something to do with it.

    Quality and condition of the equipment seems good. The information provided showed a picture including 6 months of streaming which is usual when purchasing this equipment. There was no notation that this was not included in the description. This is valued at over $100. When I contacted the seller, the response was that she was sorry for the confusion. The description was misleading, not confusing, and the seller offered no options other than me taking my time to ship it back.

    I know it was shipped within the handling time, and I was aware of that when I bought it. Not trying to fault you for anything :) It's just my personal preference to have same/next day shipping.
