Messaged seller right away and they responded immediately. Walked me thru some tech support and I sent photos of the non responsive unit. They refunded immediately and when I asked about not receiving a return label, asked me to dispose of the unit as it was defective. Reputable seller and quick to act. Will def look to do biz in the future!!

    I found a great-quality product listed in used condition; however, when I received it today, it looked new. The seller on eBay priced it lower than any other seller. The appearance is even better in person than in the pictures! The packaging was beyond this world of protection! You could put an egg inside, and it would survive being handled by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any courier!
