    The princess set I purchased they did not have put a shipping label in prior contact me at 12:48 am asking if I would accept another set said they would initiate $10.00 refund for problem then I had to contact them again to even to that and they told me that it was going to go out that day we were messaging and did not officially get dropped off till the day after the transaction was a hassle also packaged in so much bubble wrap hard to unwrap and did not contact right away with issue waited to

    I understand your frustration and would like to explain what happened. I was scheduled to babysit my grandson, so I asked my co-worker to drop the packages. She explained to me what happened today what happened. She told me that she couldn't drop the package since the night drop box was full. I should let you know if I knew.
