We had a great transaction and wonderful customer service experience before the transaction! Very accommodating and helpful! We had a fish pass but I believe it’s due to the roughness in transit they were very well packaged but once received by our local postal office I was contacted being told about the damaged package We were offered a replacement but we in our area have cold weather coming in. I opted for a refund and will order again in the future when the weather is warmer!
