Ad said "No drilling needed" Product arrived requiring frame must be drilled for installation. Filled the form including required pictures. Did not hear after 5 working days. reached out to the seller. Seller said they were not aware, so I submitted direct to them with pictures. Seller wrote back making a ridiculous offer to refund $5! I declined and for the 3rd time requested full refund. Seller wrote back would send a return label in 5 days. I have still not received refund or return label
