  Just got my delivery, and boy was I super excited when I opened my mailbox!! The item was exactly as described, with plastic corner protectors on the box to make it extra secure! I understood that delivery would take longer than normal (first time ordering something from an overseas vendor, AUS->USA), but really appreciated this seller’s responsive communication which made me feel confident they were honest and would deliver as anticipated.   Although I’m happy with the product I received (quality, well packed, price etc), I found this seller difficult to do business with. I had to constantly prompt for replies which could sometimes take days to happen. When we finally negotiated a deal, he became completely unresponsive and he “created the label” but didn’t dispatch with no communication. It wasn’t until the expected delivery date when I could contact ebay for a refund did it finally get sent out (…only took 2 hours after that!)
