    Ordered a $25, British made Westminster clock — seller sent it to the wrong address but offered to replace it. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, waited another week for the replacement to arrive (instead of receiving it via the 2-3 day UPS shipping it was advertised with) & finally received a cheap Chinese knockoff from Amazon today that would have been FAR cheaper (and delivered faster) if I'd just bought it from Amazon myself. Definitely won't buy from them again.

    Seller has messaged me TWICE now asking that I revise/remove this feedback, because they apparently don't like people being HONEST about the way they do business. Learn from my mistake & take your business to Amazon; not only will your order arrive on time, you'll actually GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR instead of a cheap knockoff.
