I contact the seller after 1 month because the tracking number was false she send new pack (which was the only 1 that arrived). The vanilla pods packed well, haven't used it yet. It seems the seller afraid of negative feedback and eventhogh, after 1 month offered a refund it seems they wouldn't able to handle it. Must to mention that I got quick response whenever I was contacted her. So hope next time will be better.
