    Luego de hacer la compra durante los próximos 4 días no enviaron # traking le escribí por que tardan tanto q si no recibo en los próximos días el traking number cancelo el pedido;me escriben que no trabajan fin de semana y me cancelaron la orden.servicio pésimo y tanto que se anuncian en TV y redes sociales.Disculpen no acostumbro hacer esto pero...servicio al cliente es servicio al cliente y anuncien que no trabajan los fines de semana

    This was our exact response to this customer when they messaged us 1 day after placing their order (not 4 days) demanding a tracking number- Hello, we received your order on Friday Aug 17 with a ship date of Aug 19 by 8:59pm. We do not ship on weekends. We also do not make the TV commercials- those are by the manufacturing company, we are simply a reseller. We are selling these at a deep discount. We will go ahead and cancel your order since you are not happy. 4:45 AM Aug 18, 2024
