The seller said I could return it but it was not worth the time or loss of shipping costs in my stressful schedule. It gave me an excuse to finally dye those faded black pieces I needed to so I’ll cut my losses. I’ve had many successful purchases through eBay of used skirts all with full disclosure in the description details but not this time. Maybe next time…
