    This is a wonderful seller. Their prices are great. The seller shipped the games in a box with lots of protection which is greatly appreciated. The games are all in perfect condition as well.     Purchased a DEWALT DCF860B (New), received DCF850 (Used)in an open 860 box. Contacted seller who was largely unresponsive besides blaming their vendor and promising a speedy resolution which, big surprise, never came. Due to the mistake?(or intentional deception), gross unresponsiveness and broken promises by the seller, this one is getting 1 star and a warning to potential customers: DEAL WITH THIS SELLER AT YOYR OWN RISK. I am an eBay seller. I ran an online business. This is a major red flag.
