  Item arrived on time in wonderful packaging that kept it safe while coming to me in Michigan. The pin was exactly as described, and is now sitting my on Disneyland pin board with my other recently purchased pins. I highly recommend this seller and their quality items.

  This one’s tough. The piece arrived just as described – brand new, in the original packaging, the box was well packed inside of another box, however Maleficent’s staff was broken where it connected to the top of her hand. I pushed it back in place and asked for some sort of full or partial refund, and was told that in order for the post office to pay the insurance claim, I had to send pictures of what it looked like. I’d already semi-repaired it, so not possible. But it’s beautiful and works!
