This doll was rewrapped, i.e. not new, she had been removed from the box and wires and tape replaced.... Her shoes were missing unfortunately.. There was an error with the post and so I did not receive functional tracking information about the item. Lastly, the item box was dirty and smashed, unfortunately which is why I even decided to open her up.. the seller had good communication and provided receipts when I was curious about the item shipping.
