  I bought this dress as a backup for a customized one from the same seller. I let her know I’d send one back after I picked & she was totally fine with it. throughout the whole process, she went above & beyond: she was extremely kind, attentive, responsive & understanding. she also shared details & photos of every step. I was worried about how long the shipping would take; as soon as it was shipped, the dress got here in 2 days (I live in the US). dress is gorgeous and the shop is trustworthy!
