    I purchased a down jacket that was over $300. Seller, who lives near me, stuffed it into a too-small box, resulting in the jacket being completely flat and wrinkled. When I reached out to the seller for resolution, and a return shipping label, he was not only rude and refused to help, but actually blocked me. Awful seller.

    This is a complete lie, I offer free returns. This buyer can get a free return label at any point and a full refund without even reaching out to me. They have no intention of returning this item because it’s rare and difficult to find. All our parkas and down jackets are shipped in USPS medium flat rate boxes, professionally folded and triple covered. We have shipped over 100,000 customer orders this way over the last 22 years.
