    Good value for the price. The tripod was as described and of good quality. Only complaint was the packing as it was sent in the same thin cardboard box you’d get if you bought it off the shelf at a store. No extra carton or protective wrapping. Was lucky as it wasn’t damaged in transit.

    Box and bag were from the proper tripod, but the tripod was not the advertised tripod. It was a cheap, box store version. Contacted the seller and they gave me the option of refund, or send me a new one from Amazon. I chose to get a new tripod. Received the new proper tripod. I feel someone scammed them with the return, but they should have caught it before sending it out to a customer. All in all they took care of everything and I'm happy.
