    Nightmare!... Item listed as being in Palm Beach and free local pickup. Item was not and seller wanted $50 for shipping. Seller tried to cancel and relist item. Numerous emails over SIX WEEKS and seller would not cooperate. Asked numerous times when can I pick it up. Seller then refunded my money without asking or my requesting it. Very disappointed, whole ordeal was exhausting. Seller is completely untrustworthy and unethical. I just wanted what I paid for only to be given the runaround.

    Seller communication was stellar, however it took over 7 days before the item even got dropped off at the shipper. I know this isn’t the fault of this eBay store as they are working with a 3rd party, however for $100 shipping I expected it not to take that long to package up and send out. Still an overall positive experience, my brother received his art work in great condition.
