  Beware of this seller !!!!! Bought a NEW product from them, when we got it it did not work. Contacted the seller and they said sorry let us refund you half because it would cost ME money to ship back. No that is not the case when its a product that is broke - defective your covered . Dont fall for this. Furthermore they they wanted to offer me $34.00 for a refund just over 1/2 the value. You are protected by eBay . This seller is not truthful. It could have been refunded, or new one shipped out.
