The item was shipped the same day with free shipping and full tracking, arriving in 11 days—which is reasonable for the busy holiday season and a weekend shipment. Despite this, the buyer blamed us for carrier delays and had unrealistic expectations. We have 20+ years of positive feedback and always strive for excellent service, but some buyers are impossible to please. Sellers, proceed with caution.
