Purchaser contacted seller reporting delays and lack of information about the package's location. The seller stated the holiday season caused the delay. Not exactly the case, however. The item was purchased in early November. The item was shipped the same day with free shipping and full tracking, arriving in 11 days—which is reasonable for the busy holiday season and a weekend shipment. Despite this, the buyer blamed us for carrier delays and had unrealistic expectations. We have 20+ years of positive feedback and always strive for excellent service, but some buyers are impossible to please. Sellers, proceed with caution.
