  Product was NOS, so description of "Excellent" was conservative. Shipping was very fast. Tracking was ok. Packaging was very good. While expensive, I'm satisfied with the value and would do it again. Unlike local on-line shopping for items outside this country, you get surprised by tariff and other charges, which I don't appreciate. Just give me the bottom line.

  Giving a 5 star rating for a camera that arrived but didn't work! Why?? This camera and all the inclusions were in such beautiful condition and it was a good price. I was looking at losing several hundred dollars through unrecoverable import duties and taxes if I returned the camera. Arigato-Camera agreed it was mutually beneficial to pursue having the camera fixed locally and compensated me for this inconvenience. Great patience and understanding made for a great transaction.
