Had issue with poorly packaged item. Received an empty paper padded envelope. When I spoke to seller they were not helpful at all. Told me let eBay figure it out . I finally got a refund thru PayPal. HORRIBLE Customer service. Enjoy the feedback.
Edit: seller asked me to retract feedback. Guess they were unhappy with being told they were horrible. In fact I even got to remove 4 stars for seller communications as well. THANKS!!

We follow eBay's instructions and let buyers know that eBay will step in and help with this case, and they can wait for eBay's decision. In this kind of situation, we did try our best to help this buyer, but the buyer claimed that we didn't do our job right, that is certainly not true, it takes time to process this case on eBay's end, and it's not our fault if buyer didn't happy about it, he/she should tell eBay, not to us, it's not fair at all.
