They shipped quickly and item arrived exactly as depicted (outside of the broken aspect which was out of their control as they wrapped the item with great care.     This is without a doubt the most securely wrapped item I've ever received from eBay! The seller made sure to cover every fragile area of this vase with packing. Amazing.
