    Excellent product, new as described. Best value, low cost provider. Reasonably fast shipping. However, Packaging was insufficient loosely covered in cardboard and in a plastic mailer instead of a box so it was delivered with the part having poked a hole in package, which was disconcerting to see. Fortunately as part was metal it was not functionally damaged, the Stove burner works like new!

    The Damper Shocks arrived with no apparent visible issues. Opened the packages and upon inspection notice that both shocks internal breaking pads had deteriorated and was in the process of falling apart. Thus making the shocks unusable. In my opinion there would be no way that the seller would have known this, so I do not blame them. A return process was initiated and they refunded my money. Even though this happened it was handled professionally, and as such I would buy from them again.
